So, I finally got on the ball and changed the site to a more cleaner look Im much more happier with this, though it took me extra long to code. I think I finally figured out how to do most of it in CSS, it’s not the greatest though, I still have some errors so it’s not completely valid but its a start not to bad for my first try! Anyhoo, hope you like it.

So the concert was amazing. I really didnt know what to expect, honestly. I’d never been to one of his shows and could only go off of what I had been told. But it turned out great. He did all of my favourite songs. I jammed out the whole night, it was totally awesome. It’s one thing to hear such a talented person on album, its a whole other thing to hear them in person, and my expectations were fullfilled. He’s really a master on that guitar and the emotions that come from it are unbelievable. See, Im in love with the electric guitar (I love acoustic as well though) to me its the instrument that conveys the most emotion. As Ive stated over and over nothing has moved me more then to hear the opening cords to “Gravity” and moreso “Slow Dancing In A Burning Room” everytime I hear them I just want to cry, lol it’s lame I know, but something about it that I cant even begin to try to put into words, moves me. It stirs emotions. It just makes me feel. I dont know why or even how, but it pulls at my heart! I just LOVE those two songs. So, hearing them live just made my…. everything. I was so happy. I needed it. Man I really needed it.
OK, I finally can breathe a bit. I got my ticket home LOL. At least I know I will not be stuck in NYC yay for me! With that done, I can rest a bit easy knowing I at least know that Im going and coming. As far as where Im staying… that although is taken care of.. might change. *sigh* dont travel with others LOL word to the wise.
OK, so its really been a crappy week. Things here at home have sucked majorly. My granny keeps getting worse and worse by the day. We’re really not sure anymore on how to handle this or even what to do. I just know its a struggle for my mom and I and is stressing both of us out to the extreme.
I cant seem to get anything with the car fixed. I just dont have the funds, plus I have my trip coming up which I still have to get a ticket for. Its really just one thing after another. I just told a friend a week or two ago that for as happy as I should be with all the good things that have happened lately, the bad is just taking it all away. It really sucks to have so much goodness not even matter because all the bad crap takes the focus away. I just dont know. Im taking it one day at a time but man its really taking its toll.
I have to post about John Mayer… Ill try and do that later tonight.
Has the site been funky lately? Seems so to me. Ive been having e-mail problems and couldnt access it for a bit; hmm.. I dont know.
I did something stupid to cutenews as well it has that annoying 0 at the bottom.. hmph! I hate it. I dont like wordpress so I dont wanna even begin to bother but I think I might have to make a change. Blah… this is the part of having a site. I dont like.
OK, so Im just starting to get back into the blogging routine and as I mentioned before there are a few sites out there that’ll actually pay for you to post. I’ve come across another and figured I’d give it a try this newest one is called Bloggerwave.
Its really easy to use and they are pretty quick on approving your blog and getting you started as you earn some extra spending cash. There are enough oppertunities to post and pretty decent payouts for those just starting out. I believe this is the best place Ive seen so far to get your foot in the pay per blog world so go take a look at Bloggerwave.
OK, I dont believe in karma but man something isnt right. For all the times I make fun of my friend for dropping her phones in different types of liquid I sure beat her out on this one. Why did I drop my phone in my bowl of soup??? LOL that is a new low, ever for me. So sad I tell you. I dont know what is wrong with me. Im just hoping it dries out and works by tomorrow. LOL last thing I need it so have to buy a new phone.
So, I was in SF again today. There really is no place like Frisco. Its so beyond beautiful. But then again I live in one of the most amazing places in the world to live. I tell everyone the bay area has everything a person could possibly want. Awesome weather, nature, city, entertainment, rest, relaxation, snow, wind, sand, water, trees etc.. etc.. there’s really no place like it. Some friends took me and my other friend up to this area locally that I have never been, let alone knew existed. Im so sad. One thing I hate to admit is, that even though I live here there are so many places I never have seen. My family aren’t travelers so we never went on road trips or vacations or anything like that, so Im learning about how awesome and beautiful my home is now that I am an adult. Which I think is a good thing because I can appreciate it more then I ever would have as a child, no question. So I got a few pics from SF the other day and some from today. With all the stress we go through and deal with on a daily basis Im sure we could all use a vacation right? As we head into summer time I think the hot spot for relaxation and fun in the sun would be Hawaii and Hawaiian Beach Rentals has got a spot for you.
OK, so if your like me your poor and dont have much to spend but Hawaiian Beach Rentals has some pretty good deals. What I really appreciate about it is that they give you plenty of options, lots of good photos and all the infomation needed about the rental. I love how each place really makes you feel like home. If you want to keep it small and sweet or go high class theres something there for you.
I was checking out the Maui Vacations and there is this one place called Mikioi Place. can I just say AMAZING! Im in love lol. It’s so beautiful. I can only dream of staying in a place like that. It’s beyond my price range without question but I can dream… or at the least look right?
*sigh* so cool!
Man, I cant believe its June already. Its crazy how quick it has come. Time has flown by for me this year it seems. It feels like Im just starting my month when next thing I know its over. Its a good thing though, it just means Im busy and I like being busy. I cant believe Ill be in New York next month Im thrilled. I need to do some shopping. I have so much stuff to buy for this trip. I need some good clothes and some comfy shoes. I need all the travel stuff and little odds and ends. I got two new summer dresses from Target for 4 bucks each in the clearance. Pshh I LOVE the clearance racks, there is nothing better then cheap, cute clothes. Im not really sure what else at this point I need to bring but Im sure it’ll start to get more obvious as time gets closer.
Have any of you done any of the talk shows/late night shows in NYC?? I wanna go to Conan O’Brien’s show (I LOVE HIM!!!) but Im not sure how to get in. I guess I do some research.
Well, Im already having car issues it didnt pass smog so I got my work cut out for me. I figure with all good things come just a tiny bit of stress so Ill figure it out. Im trying not to worry about it and just focus on what’s at hand, and that’s my trip yay!
For some reason my hands are really dry so Im gettign those little skin peels on the sides of my fingers. They hurt. Boo Guess I need to pile on the lotion again..
